• It’s the easiest way to get the best mortgage. Why waste your time doing something that you’re not an expert in? You should focus your time on doing what you’re an expert in, and engage an expert in the area of mortgage finance.
• Availability. Have you ever had a great personal banker – only to discover that 6 months later, they’ve moved on?? A good adviser is your best point of contact – not just initially, but every time you need us.
• We are specialists. It is far more efficient for you to specialize in doing what you do well and employing the services of someone who does well, what they do. Considering the amount of interest you will pay on your home loan, why would you want to do-it-yourself?
